Sidney Dekker's newest book is just out and I like this one a lot.
The Safety Anarchist is a book, not about anarchy, but about standing up to the traditional paradigm and calling out the future - and it does not look the same.
This book is a thoughtful discussion of the changes that have been taking place. It is solid argument (in the academic form of that word) for change. The reviews alone are worth reading.
